MARY ANN's Bio
Mary Ann Young accelerates Leaders and their teams to higher performance, increased productivity and greater profitability. As a teenager she began leading teams at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. A role that grew into twelve years of immersion in Disney Operations, leading teams in Tomorrowland, Watercraft, Ticketing, Guest Relations, the Disney University. At the age of twenty-five, she was selected to develop and deliver training to the team of 2500 Cast Members that would open EPCOT’s attractions in 1982.
Mary Ann developed a Strategic Business and Leadership Practice through working with Fortune 100 companies including a 5 year return to Disney as a consultant, then to: Universal Studios, and McDonalds, as well as Florida Hospital, Orlando Health, Mears Transportation, and dozens of other businesses. She comes alongside to unleash Leaders and their teams through high impact, strategic, tactical skill-based coaching to drive performance, productivity and profitability.
